Yesterday, our community came together for another heartwarming Social Disco – an afternoon dedicated to fun, friendship, and inclusion for adults with learning disabilities. The event was filled with music, games, laughter, and meaningful moments that reminded us just how important social spaces like these are.
An Afternoon of Fun, Games, and Friendship
The Social Disco wasn’t just about dancing—it was about creating a welcoming space where everyone could relax, meet new people, and enjoy spending time together.
Guests arrived with smiles, caught up with friends, and quickly got involved in a variety of activities. From classic board games to card games and Connect Four, every table was buzzing with conversation and friendly competition.
Whether someone wanted to join a game, have a chat, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, there was something for everyone.
Building Confidence Through Connection
Events like Social Disco are about much more than entertainment. They provide adults with learning disabilities a safe and inclusive environment to build confidence, strengthen friendships, and feel part of a supportive community.
