Meet the person behind the energy, movement and community that brings the Thamesmead Tornadoes to life.
NekkyBee
NekkyBee is a qualified Exercise to Music (ETM) instructor with experience leading fun, inclusive dance and fitness sessions, including Line Dancing and community fitness dance classes.
She joined Thamesmead Tornadoes in 2025, initially supporting the teaching of line dance routines and helping lead the group in community performances. In 2026, she progressed to Lead Instructor, taking responsibility for leading the group's line dancing classes and performances at community festivals, shows and other events.
Passionate about making dance and fitness welcoming and accessible, NekkyBee creates an environment where beginners and experienced dancers can learn, get active, build confidence, connect with others and, most importantly, have fun.
Her approach is simple: Learn. Dance. Have Fun. Get Fit.
