Whether you’re experiencing menopause yourself or supporting someone going through it, or would like to know more about it, this cafe event provides a safe space to share stories, ask questions, and connect with others.

Grab a cup of coffee or tea, relax, and feel free to chat about any topic related to menopause. No judgment, just understanding and support!
